Cinderella Beauty and Spa (we/our/us)


Our booking policy doesn’t only protect our team but also affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our customers. Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations mean that other clients cannot book in that time slot, and it squanders the time and expertise of our highly trained professional therapists. 

You will be sent out a text / email reminder to confirm your appointment on the day before the booking, we ask you to respond YES or NO. 24 hours prior notice must be given for cancellations of all salon treatment appointments, or a cancellation fee may apply. This amount will be deducted from the total owed on the day of the appointment.

Being late to appointments

We advise you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, we may need to shorten or cancel your treatment and the cancellation fee may still apply.

Prices and Payment 

All prices include GST. The treatment and products purchase must be paid immediately after the treatment or before the treatment. We accept cash, eftpos, credit cards (Visa/ Master), Laybuy, Wechatpay, Alipay and Afterpay in the store. 

Products/Gift card orders on the website must be paid by bank transfer. The payment details including shipping fee will be sent by email/text after you commit the order.

Health considerations

You need to inform us if you are pregnant, or have heart conditions, cancer, skin conditions, allergies or others who are receiving medical care from a doctor or health practitioner. We advise that you consult your doctor prior to your treatment. 

Medical issues

Customers are reminded of their obligations under the law for us to bring to the attention of management any medical condition which may present a public health threat. For safety precautions, we can refuse treatments if we deem that your current medical condition may cause harm to you, our therapists or other clients. A medical certificate is asked to be provided in order for the treatment to proceed. 

Modifications to the treatment and prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the treatment (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Personal information

Your submission of personal information through the store or online booking is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We take your privacy very seriously. When you book in for a treatment, you will be providing some personal information to us such as your name, email address, phone number, treatment details etc. This information will be used to communicate with you about the treatment you booked, to gain your feedback, and to send you periodic emails with news, promotions and treatment package offers that may be of interest to you in the future.

In order to assist with providing treatments and processing payments, your basic details including name, address and purchases will be entered into the salon software program.

Products refund and return 

We refund only on faulty products, in which they will need to be returned to store for testing within 7 days of purchasing. Refunds will be provided where required under the New Zealand Consumer Law.

We will not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. (Please see the Allergic Reaction section below).

Allergic Reactions

We understand that sometimes certain products do not agree with your skin type. We will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction. All reactions must be reported with the photos within the first 48hours of use. We reserve the right to request a doctor letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products. All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Prepaid treatment refund  

Deposits paid for treatments are non-refundable, but you can use your deposits towards other treatments or buying products or refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. 

There is no refund on prepaid treatments and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatments but gift voucher. Prepaid treatment has an expiry date, up to 3 times treatments for 3 months, 4 times for 4 months, 5 times for 5 months and 12 month expiry date (less than 12 treatments). 


Promotion treatment packages are not able to be split between more than one person. All promotion packages cannot be swapped with other treatments. All promotion packages can be purchased maximum 6 times. Promotion treatment expiry date varies (1-3 times for 3 months, 4 for 4 months, 5 for 5months, 6 for 6 months.) Buy 3 get 1 free or buy 2 get 1 free promotions need to be purchased all at the same time on the first day to get the all same treatment free. Free Treatment or product cannot be swapped to other treatments, products or cash. Free product is limited 1 per person per promotion. Check more Terms and Conditions in store. 


Golden or VIP membership expires 1 year from the date of purchase. The membership treatment cannot be shared with other people. The membership treatment cannot swapped with other treatments. Payment for membership fee needs to be done at all once. 


Special discount apply for Cinderella Membership. Membership discounts are not applicable to promotional treatments or products they are already discounted.

Gift cards refunds and returns

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards will expire 12 months from the date of issue, unless expressly stated otherwise. Gift cards must be surrendered in the store upon redemption. Refunds do not apply to Gift cards. If purchase exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.
Expired gift cards are not redeemable and gift card amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. We do not not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards.


We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property that the customer has taken to the store.

Age Requirement

Customers under age of 16 are not permitted on the store. We do not allow any exceptions except parents / guardians signature. The comfort and safety of everyone in our venue is very important to us. 

Salon Etiquette

We request that all customers consider the quiet and privacy needs of other customers in the store by keeping noise to a minimum and turning off mobile phones.
